60 Amp 240V Single Phase SCR Control

Part
006-10269

These controls provide phase angle proportional control of our fast responding heaters. They are available in single and three-phase 240-volt configurations. Each unit comes complete with I 2 T Rectifier Fuses and a Voltage Limiting Adjustment.

The controls can be operated manually with the addition of the optional Manual Voltage Control, which allows one to vary voltage from zero to full voltage.

The S.C.R power control can be used with a 4-20mA temperature controller for closed loop operation.

The S.C.R power controls are also available in NEMA 1 Enclosures upon request.

The single-phase, 60 amp and the three-phase 30 amp S.C.R.’s could be used with heater style 003-10268 . The three-phase 60 amp S.C.R. could be used with the heater style  007-10197

For closed loop control we offer a precision PID temperature controller with self-tuning. This unit is in a 1/16 th DIN size set up with a 4-20mA output, ‘K’ thermocouple input and an alarm. The part number is 006-10273 .
